Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Use. It applies to every organisation and every individual using Solicia.

1. You must not

Use the Service unlawfully or harmfully. This includes using it to harm a person, to harass or defraud, or to create or distribute content that infringes another person's rights.

Submit content you are not entitled to submit. You must hold the rights and permissions needed to provide material to Solicia, and your organisation must have authorised you to provide it.

Interfere with the Service or with other customers. This includes attempting to access another tenant's data, bypassing access controls, obtaining credentials, prompts or source code, and probing, scanning, overloading or disrupting the Service.

Conduct security testing without agreement. Penetration testing, vulnerability scanning and similar activity require written rules of engagement agreed with Solicia in advance. Destructive testing, denial-of-service testing and social engineering are not permitted.

Upload malicious code, or use the Service to build or operate a competing hosted service.

Place confidential or personal information in a web-research query where your organisation has web research enabled. Research queries may be processed outside Australia. Web research can be disabled for an organisation on request.

Substitute the Service for professional judgment. Outputs must not be used in place of required legal or professional judgment, and an output must not be represented as independently verified when a suitably qualified person has not reviewed it.

2. Reporting

Report suspected misuse, a security concern or a vulnerability to security@solicia.ai. Solicia investigates reports made in good faith and will not pursue a reporter who acts responsibly and does not access or retain another party's data.

3. Enforcement

Solicia may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to contain a security threat, comply with law, prevent material harm, or address a breach of this policy. Solicia will give advance notice where practicable, limit the scope of any suspension, notify the organisation's administrator, and work to restore access promptly.

Serious or repeated breach is a material breach of the Terms & Conditions.

4. Changes

Solicia may update this policy. A change takes effect on publication, except a change that materially expands your obligations, which takes effect 30 days after publication.
