Subprocessor Register

The third parties that store or process customer data on Solicia's behalf. This register is referenced by the Data Processing Agreement and the Terms & Conditions. Customers receive at least 30 days' notice of a material new subprocessor where practicable and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds.

Your region is the one assigned to your organisation and confirmed in your agreement.

Source control and CI does not receive customer data and is not a subprocessor.
Jurisdiction
The providers above are incorporated in the United States and deliver the service from the region assigned to your organisation, under each provider's data-protection terms. Solicia does not voluntarily disclose customer data to any government or law-enforcement agency: we verify legal authority, narrow overbroad requests, disclose only what is legally required, and notify the customer before disclosure unless legally prohibited.

- 1.4 (20 September 2026): rewritten at the level the rest of the industry publishes. Framed by region rather than by Australian residency, so the register holds as customers are onboarded elsewhere, and the web-research providers are listed as subprocessors rather than as an optional footnote.
